Slow-Roast Sunday Lamb
A shoulder of lamb, a hot oven turned low, and five hours of patience.
This is our default Sunday roast when the weather turns. It is almost entirely hands-off.
Ingredients
- 1 shoulder of lamb (~2kg)
- 6 cloves garlic
- Rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil
Method
- Sear, season, and cover.
- Roast at 150C for ~5 hours until it pulls apart.
- Rest, then shred.
